Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Somerset

Salary: Flexible depending on experience

Hours: Full-time, term-time only

We’re looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to support children and young people in a progressive school setting. This is more than a job - it’s a chance to shape lives, work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and deliver meaningful therapy in a flexible, supportive environment.

What you’ll do:

• Assess and deliver targeted speech and language interventions
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent, high-quality support
• Guide staff on communication, language development, and SEN best practice
• Plan and deliver therapy across two school sites

Who you are:

Essential

• HCPC registered (essential)
• Experience working with children and young people
• Skilled in a variety of speech and language assessment tools and therapy approaches

Preferrable

• Experienced in SEN or educational settings
• Interested in developmental trauma and attachment
