Role Overview

As part of the Investor Relations team, you will play a key role in supporting client engagement and ensuring smooth delivery of services to institutional investors. This is a varied role that combines operational responsibilities with relationship management.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and distribute investor reports and related documentation.
• Respond to investor queries on transactions, reporting, and audits.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track client interactions and workflows.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for investor meetings and events.
• Work closely with senior client-facing professionals to ensure exceptional service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree.
• Around 5 years of experience in a client services or investor relations role.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Experience working with hedge funds or similar investment structures is a plus.
