Job description
InspoHub is growing, and we’re looking for a fast-learning and calm-under-chaos Associate Producer / Junior Producer to join our production team. This role requires someone who can produce smaller projects independently, while also working as part of a producer team, conceptualising ideas, shaping stories, and delivering content across sports, esports, live events, and community-focused storytelling.
Pre-Production:

- Ability to write clear, structured briefs for creative and post-production teams
- Scriptwriting, storyboarding, segment notes, and outlines

- Scout locations and turn them into clear content ideas
- Track logistics, travel plans, schedules, kit, and production documents
- Help build graphics packs for broadcasts
- Follow athletes/players on social media and stay updated on the sport
On-Site Feature Production:
- Self-sufficient on smaller shoots (interviews, vox pops, b-roll): shooting, basic directing, producing
- Comfortable coordinating presenters, athletes, talent & team staff
- Ability to integrate branding opportunities creatively into content
Live Production:
- Support senior producers on multi-cam setups and in live broadcast environments
- Comfortable assisting in the gallery during live TV shows
- Confident gathering data, pulling insights, and suggesting graphics that aid storytelling

Post-Production:
- Basic editing (assembly, selects, versioning)
- Organise timelines, assets, media cards, file naming
- QC content with a meticulous eye for detail
- Manage editors, feedback cycles, and delivery schedules
- Present insights clearly, ensuring storytelling remains strong
We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for:

- Strong interest in sports / events / esports content
- Degree level education in film or television production is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed, as is the norm in our world (all overtime will be compensated)
- Driving licence
What we offer:
- A chance to be a key part of an innovative and growing business
- Hands-on experience with exciting video production projects
- Opportunity for growth and career development
- A collaborative and supportive team environment
