Spencer Richardson are proud to be supporting a leading name in the UK construction industry. People are at the heart of everything they do, and now they’re looking for an Operator Recruiter to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and induction for plant operators
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external personnel
  • Work closely with managers and project teams to ensure smooth deployment
  • Implement workforce planning strategies to meet project demands
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with site personnel and clients
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and apps
  • Ensure GDPR compliance when handling confidential information
  • Resolve operational challenges proactively
  • Support key accounts including HS2 and regional recruitment needs


What you'll bring:

The ideal candidate will bring passion, drive, and strong communication skills. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable working with high volumes

  • Independent and proactive with initiative
  • Strong communicator across phone, email, and in-person
  • Resilient under pressure with attention to detail
  • Results-driven and focused on team targets
  • Decisive and organised with excellent time management
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
  • Recruitment or document control experience is desirable
