Job Title: Benefit Operations Specialist
Location: Chester Business Park
Contract Details: 12 month rolling contract
Salary: £22 p/hour

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage end-to-end operation of benefits programmes.
- Act as escalation point for benefit inquiries and resolve Tier 2 issues.
- Document processes and create training materials.
- Implement new benefits and streamline existing processes.
- Administer benefit eligibility, enrolments, and claims management.
- Collaborate with various teams and vendors for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance and governance of total rewards programmes.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)
- In-depth benefits administration experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR policies and regional employment laws.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Technologies: Workday, ServiceNow, Excel, HR administration systems.
