Our client, a globally recognized investment management firm, are looking to hire an experienced Operations professional to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a front office environment, engaging directly with local portfolio managers.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Trade Settlement, CLO Monitoring and NAV activities.
Loan trade settlements across CLOs, warehouses and SMAs
Manage CLO monitoring & reporting: trustee reconciliations, payment waterfalls, attribution, compliance checks and hypo testing
Reconciliations of funds cash and positions.
Working with the Fund Administrators on NAV productions.
Generate internal reports on fund performance to be given to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

4 years+ experience in CLO’s is essential.
Experience in leveraged loans, structured credit operations or loan administration within investment management of funds will be considered.
Loan closing is an advantage.
Third level degree in Finance/Business or Accounting.

Please note this role requires 5 days a week in office.
