Educate2Trade is seeking highly motivated graduates to join our exclusive In-House Trader Program.

This is a unique chance to start a career as a Professional Trader with no prior experience required. We offer a clear, structured pathway designed to turn ambitious talent into consistently profitable traders.

Key Details

• Location: Future House, 11–13 Bromley Common, BR2 9LS (Strictly On-site Trading Floor)
• Compensation: Commission-Based (After Successful Training Period)
• Potential Earnings: £30,000 – £80,000+ (Based on Performance and Profit Share)
• Type: Full-time | On-site (Immediate Start Preferred)
  

The On-Site Trading Journey

We are committed to investing in your success, providing a comprehensive path to becoming a company-funded trader operating exclusively from our Bromley trading floor.

The structured journey involves four key phases:

• Weeks 1-6: Full Training: You will complete our Financial Trading Programme, conducted entirely on-site. This phase includes Full Training & Professional Mentors.
• Post-Training: Demo Trading: You will practice and demonstrate consistency using a £10,000 account. This is done with No Personal Financial Risk.
• Live Funding (Post 3 Months): Upon demonstrating consistent success, you transition to a Company-Funded Trading Capital account, ranging from £5,000 to £100,000. At this stage, your earnings become 100% commission-based with high-potential profit share.
• Profit Share & Scaling: You will Earn up to 50% of the profits you generate, with the opportunity to Scale Your Capital every 3 months based on performance.
  

What We're Looking For

• On-Site Commitment: Candidates who can commit to an immediate, full-time, on-site presence at our Bromley office and are willing to travel daily.
• Graduates: Motivated individuals with a strong interest in trading or financial markets.
• Commitment: High levels of focus, discipline, and a commitment to success.
• In-House Requirement: You must be willing to trade exclusively on our In-House System on the live trading floor.
