£60,000–£70,000 base + commission up to £52,000 | Company car | UK-wide travel | Commutable to Hertfordshire

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and coaching a team of Business Development Managers to hit ambitious fleet sales targets.
• Developing and executing regional strategies to grow market share and revenue.
• Owning relationships with major fleet clients, negotiating high-value deals and ensuring long-term retention.
• Carrying a personal sales target focused on key accounts for sustained growth.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a strong track record in B2B fleet sales.
• Deep knowledge of commercial vehicles (LCVs) and consultative selling techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, backed by CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• A valid UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel nationwide.
