We are working with a fast-growing tech scale-up who are transforming how businesses use their data to drive strategic decision making. With ambitious growth plans on the horizon, they are now looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and wider SLT.


This is a pivotal role working directly with the CEO, ideal for someone who excels in uncertain environments, loves tackling complex challenges, and wants hands-on experience across every aspect of scaling a fast-growing company.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities, building partner relationships, and preparing proposals.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects across product, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations and analyses for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure executive initiatives and meetings move forward efficiently.
  • Roll up your sleeves to solve problems wherever they arise, from sales to operations.



What we are looking for:-

  • Strong academic record from a top university.
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup in strategy, operations, or chief-of-staff style roles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Highly collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in German (and English)


Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies.
  • Previous exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or go-to-market strategy execution.
