Sheet Metal Fabricator

Location: Aberdeen

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday

First Achieve Engineering are proud to be working in partnership with our client, a forward-thinking manufacturer known for their precision, innovation, and bespoke metalwork. We're seeking a skilled Fabricator / Metalworker to join their dynamic production team - someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, custom-built metal products and enjoys bringing ideas to life.

What You'll Do

Working collaboratively within a skilled workshop team, you'll take on a variety of projects - from small precision components to large bespoke builds - using a full suite of fabrication equipment to achieve outstanding results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC brake presses, radial drills, bandsaws, forming rollers, and benders
• Using a range of welding equipment to deliver exceptional quality finishes
• Producing precision components and assemblies to exacting standards
• Supporting research and development by assisting the engineering team in refining new and innovative products
• Maintaining a safe, well-organised, and quality-driven workshop environment

• Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, or precision engineering
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support R&D projects
