ENGO Controls, a leading European manufacturer in the HVAC industry, is expanding its presence in Great Britain and is seeking a proactive Technical Representative to support distributors, promote our product range, and provide technical expertise in the field.

This is a remote, field-based role focused on supporting our partners, providing technical product demonstrations, and strengthening ENGO Controls’ brand presence across Great Britain.

A personal vehicle is required, with full mileage reimbursement.

• Support and develop the ENGO Controls distributor network.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on demonstrations of HVAC control products.
• Conduct on-site visits, meetings, and product training sessions.
• Assist distributors and installers with product selection, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify market trends.
• Manage enquiries, provide after-sales support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs for reimbursement.

• Competitive net earnings £30,000–£40,000, plus performance incentives.
• Mileage reimbursement for all business travel using your own car.

• Experience in HVAC, heating, plumbing, controls, or other technical industries.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Confident in delivering product demonstrations and training.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Great Britain.
• Organised, responsible, and customer-focused.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
