with it's in-house research facilties and state-of-the-art production plants.

In our 28 years we have established the brands here in the UK, majoring on many professional hairdressing wholesalers with whom we have established and positive relationships. We are now ready to take our

next step forward, to further expand our activities and are looking for a full time sales person with an industry track record, live contacts and the ambition to be an integral part of Lisap's expansion going forward.


Role Description

The Salesperson mainly for Professional Hairdressing Wholesalers will focus on driving revenue growth by sourcing and then building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting Lisap (UK) Ltd.’s product ranges, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves creative imagination, an ability to assess and to understand client needs, and to build trusting and lasting sales relationshps, provide excellent customer service, and to meet sales targets. Responsibilities also include managing orders, networking with industry professionals, and representing the company at events. This is a remote role that requires regular virtual and in-person communication with clients and colleagues.


Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, ambition to succeed, with live contacts and a proven track record in our industry, achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the professional hair and beauty industry, products, and trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling client accounts effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role while maintaining performance and meeting deadlines
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn about new products and techniques
  • Proficiency in basic software tools
