Kitchen Sales Designer

As one of the UK’s most celebrated luxury kitchen and interiors studios, our work is award-winning, widely published, and defined by elegance, innovation, and an uncompromising client experience.


We are now seeking an experienced and design-driven Kitchen Sales Designer to join our growing studio.


This is a rare opportunity to work within a highly creative, ambitious environment where design excellence and client relationships sit at the heart of everything we do.


Your Role


You will take ownership of projects from first consultation through to installation and handover, delivering a seamless, high-end client journey.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Meeting clients in our showroom to understand their aspirations, lifestyle and brief
  • Creating innovative, technically accurate kitchen designs using Winner Design
  • Advising on premium materials, appliances, layouts and bespoke options
  • Presenting concepts with confidence and refining designs through client feedback
  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion
  • Liaising closely with our suppliers, contractors and installation teams
  • Maintaining Sheraton’s exceptional standards of service, precision and design quality



What We’re Looking For


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury or handmade kitchen sales & design
  • Strong proficiency in Winner Design (or equivalent)
  • Confident communicator with outstanding client-facing skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a strong creative eye
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for design, interiors and premium craftsmanship
  • Strong knowledge of current kitchen trends, materials and appliances
  • Ability to reliably commute to our Twickenham showroom
