FinTech - Sales Executive ⭐
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + comms + benefits (Private Health, Unlimited Holidays, Staff Equity Allocation)
Hours: 40 hours
Start: Immediate (happy to wait for notice period)
Contract: Permanent / Full-Time (Hybrid) - WFH Fridays

Culture Guru is recruiting for a fast-evolving, high-impact FinTech start-up - a SaaS platform empowering global investors with world-class emerging market intelligence at lightning speed.
Are you a driven, financially curious, results-focused Sales Executive who thrives on momentum, loves SaaS sales energy, and gets genuinely excited about global markets?
This role is built for a true hunter - someone who lives for opening new doors, starting bold conversations, and creating commercial opportunities with senior stakeholders across top-tier financial institutions.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Cultivating a strong flow of new conversations with global investment teams, research units and financial decision-makers.
- Sharing market insights – recurring objections, interest themes, user behaviour – to help shape commercial strategy.
- Driving proactive engagement with institutional contacts through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, tailored sequences).
- Keeping activity and next steps accurately documented to maintain a smooth and predictable sales process.
- Researching organisations and key personas deeply to craft relevant, compelling outreach.
- Working closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to refine targeting, evolve messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Securing a consistent monthly volume of well-qualified meetings that convert into strong pipeline opportunities.
- Leading initial discovery calls to understand needs, evaluate fit and identify commercial value.
- Handing over prospects seamlessly to the Sales team with clear context, detailed notes and structured follow-up actions.
Ideal attributes of the successful candidate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent organisation and pipeline discipline.
- Interest or exposure to FinTech, analytics, data platforms or financial markets.
- Background in a structured sales environment with coaching, targets and measurable processes.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Genuine curiosity about economics, global markets or emerging economies.
- Confident initiating conversations with senior-level professionals and communicating value with clarity and impact.
- Ambitious, coachable and motivated by growth, learning and hitting ambitious goals.
- Previous experience in a SaaS, tech or data-driven outbound SDR/BDR role.
