Anchor Sales Group is recruiting motivated graduates for our Graduate Assistant Training Programme — a structured development pathway designed to build your commercial skills from day one and prepare you for future responsibilities across coordination and leadership functions.

What the Role Involves

• Starting in a hands-on commercial position to gain a solid understanding of core business operations
• Rotating across key departments to obtain a broad overview of how our organisation functions
• Receiving structured coaching and support from experienced managers
• Developing skills required for progression into roles with increased responsibility (progression timelines vary based on performance and business needs)
