Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and Lead a High-Performing SDR Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team that delivers high-quality leads. Focus on meaningful connections rather than just numbers.
  • Utilise Modern Outreach Methods: Employ phone, email, social selling, and networking. Integrate advanced sales technologies and best practices to nurture relationships and build a robust pipeline.
  • Encourage a Culture of Growth: Create an environment where professional development is a priority. Promote continuous learning, regular coaching, and teamwork.
  • Drive Performance and Accountability: Maintain a team of motivated experts. Set ambitious targets for meetings, opportunities, and key metrics, and lead your team to exceed them.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve the transition from lead to closed deal.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing SDR teams that consistently exceed targets.
  • Innovative and Driven: Skilled in analysing metrics, refining strategies, and continuously improving outcomes.
  • People-Oriented: Able to drive performance while maintaining a positive team culture. Create an environment where the team enjoys working together and sharing best practices.
