Are you a logistics leader who thrives in fast-paced, live event environments?

This role offers the chance to take full ownership of major projects, transforming winning proposals into operational reality across some of the UK’s most exciting events.

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead on projects once contracts are secured, owning the full operational planning cycle.
• Build and manage end-to-end logistics plans for all catering elements.
• Coordinate staffing, kit, stock, transport, suppliers, and on-site operational structures.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership to ensure seamless delivery.
• Review and improve processes, driving operational excellence across the organisation.

• Strong experience in large-scale event operations or complex logistics environments.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to bring multiple moving parts together under tight timelines.
• Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and lead large teams on-site.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment.
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach and a passion for delivering outstanding events.
