Chartered Building Surveyor

Kent based with projects in London & South

Up to £65,000 (DOE) + Excellent Package + Progression to Associate/Director

CAP Resourcing is partnered with a leading building surveying, development and allied management services consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial projects throughout London and the South, with occasional work further afield.

You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality surveying services, taking ownership of a varied workload that includes:

• Dilapidations
• Party wall matters
• Contract administration
• Defects diagnosis
• General building surveying
• Project coordination (advantageous)

We’re looking for someone who is:

• MRICS or FRICS qualified
• Commercially astute with strong technical expertise
• Cat A and Cat B experience
• Experienced across core building surveying disciplines
• Confident engaging with clients and managing projects end-to-end

This role offers genuine career progression, with a clear pathway to Associate Director/Director level for the right individual.
