We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new HR Operations Specialist.


This is an exciting permanent opportunity in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate HR, Benefit, Payroll, and Absence data in the HR system.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Training Talent staff and HR staff and coaching international offices on the use of HR systems, including modules, data confidentiality, upgrades, and project management technics.
  • Participating in all international HR Operations processes.
  • Covering data entries for all international offices when necessary.
  • Reviewing audit alerts and ensuring regular team training.
  • Participating in system enhancement projects and delivering solutions to improve the HR system experience.
  • Optimising HR and HR data initiatives by implementing new tools and applications.
  • Preparing data inputs and validating payroll information to ensure accurate documentation, records, and compliance.
  • Utilising the HR system for all UK timekeeping and providing oversight on international office timekeeping practices.
  • Completing regular timekeeping audits and analysis.
  • Working with international colleagues on escalations and technology improvements.
  • Providing accurate query output for requestors.
  • Running audit queries.
  • Assisting with the development of reporting capabilities, monthly reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Monitoring the HR Operations inbox and maintaining the international SharePoint pages.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior HR Operations experience; we are seeking applicants who have familiarity with using and improving HR systems, strong Excel skills, and experience with putting together HR analytics and reporting.
