✨ Personal Assistant (Fully Remote – UK Based)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (Flexibility available)

Location: 100% Remote (UK Applicants Only)

Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing


Executive Support

  • Managing calendars, inboxes, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinating travel and preparing itineraries
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism

Operational & Admin Support

  • Streamlining day-to-day operations
  • Organising files, systems, and workflows
  • Supporting HR, finance, and project functions
  • Assisting with onboarding tasks

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Following up on action items to ensure deadlines are met


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous PA, EA, or strong administrative experience
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset — someone who solves problems before they appear
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Confident with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
