Do you enjoy bringing focus, clarity, and momentum to fast-growing businesses?

We’re helping a growing technology company with strong revenue and over 200 employees. They’re looking for a Chief of Staff and Strategy to work closely with the CEO and the Executive team during this important stage.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role at the centre of company operations. You’ll lead strategic planning, set up executive routines, and turn big goals into clear plans that teams can follow.

What Makes This Role Different

After a successful trial, they’ve made this a permanent role because it’s key to growing revenue. They want someone with strong commercial experience who understands product lifecycles, ARR, commercialisation, and how a tech business works from start to finish.

You'll Be Successful If You Have:

  • Proven experience as Chief of Staff, COO, or Senior Ops leader in a scaling business
  • Demonstrable track record delivering high growth – Series A to Series C journey or equivalent
  • Deep commercial acumen – fluent in ARR, business models, unit economics, and growth strategies
  • Experience building business rhythms (OKRs, strategic planning, executive governance)
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust quickly with senior stakeholders
  • Comfort with ambiguity, complexity, and fast-paced decision-making

What You'll Do:

This role is truly half strategic and half operational:

  • Lead strategic planning cycles and facilitate strategic reviews
  • Chair weekly Exec Sync meetings and Extended Exec forums
  • Partner with BP&A on OKRs and performance tracking
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and coach leadership team members
  • Bridge the gap between the Executive team and the wider organisation
