HR Business Partner

Location: London (Hybrid – 1 day per week in office)

Salary: £50,000 – £58,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a strategic role, acting as the number two to the Head of HR, and offers a unique opportunity to influence the people agenda during a period of significant growth and transformation, including potential M&A activity.

The Role:

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies. This position requires a strong focus on stakeholder management, organisational development, and strategic HR initiatives, while maintaining the ability to deliver hands-on support when needed. In addition, you will manage a small team of three, ensuring operational excellence across core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement people plans aligned to business goals.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and coach managers to build capability.
• Manage and develop a team of three HR professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Support organisational change projects, including integration and workforce planning.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance HR effectiveness.

About You:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Comfortable operating in both strategic and operational capacities.
• Experience supporting organisational change and growth initiatives.
