Internal Sales Administrator

Job description

Job Purpose:

• Ensure the integrity of SalesForce data by accurate account set up
• Assisting External Account managers in entering opportunity detail into SalesForce
• Data Cleansing and grouping of opportunities in Salesforce
• Develop and update reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with ASUS HQ steering the development and use of SalesForce
• Develop and manage current low spending accounts
• Take ownership of all the activity and sales within a named account set from top to bottom

Responsibilities

• SalesForce data input and maintenance
• SalesForce development and projects
• Identify and develop business opportunities within a specific account base
• Build relationships and work with the customer to grow and maintain the business
• Build and maintain customer profiles
• Prepare and attend the weekly sales / pipleline meeting
• Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to ensure customer confidence
• Present Roadmaps, product training and sales performance to customers on a regular basis
• Provide customers with a reliable single point of contact for all Asus related queries
