Role Description

We are seeking a Partner to join Hypothesis3’s leadership team and help shape the future of AI-powered consulting.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London area, with flexibility for remote work.

As a Partner, you will drive business growth, client success, and product evolution. You’ll collaborate directly with CEOs, strategy teams, and investors to identify their most pressing challenges — and use the Hypothesis3 platform to design and deliver breakthrough solutions.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading high-impact strategic engagements using the Hypothesis3 platform.
  • Building and managing executive-level client relationships.
  • Contributing to the evolution of our AI consulting methodology and product roadmap.
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and enterprise accounts.
  • Providing thought leadership through content, speaking, and client advisory.
  • Coaching teams and shaping a culture of innovation and excellence.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-structuring ability - comfortable turning ambiguity into clarity.
  • Partner-level experience in management consulting (MBB preferred) or enterprise software/AI solution sales.
  • Proven experience in client engagement and executive relationship management.
  • Expertise in business strategy, action planning, and delivering evidence-based recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, and visual — with an ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools, data analytics, or technology-enabled consulting is a strong plus.
  • Experience in founder, partner, or senior leadership roles within consulting or strategy-driven organizations.
  • Self-driven and collaborative, thriving in hybrid, cross-functional, and fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
