Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive sourcing projects for contingent workforce and temporary staffing categories.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends, rate benchmarks, supplier strategies, and compliance requirements.
Drive commercial excellence in engagements involving MSP and VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY).
Analyze complex datasets to identify cost optimization opportunities and enhance supplier performance.
Manage competitive tender processes, evaluate proposals with cross-functional teams, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
Draft and structure contracts tailored to client needs, with minimal legal support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Support category planning and sourcing strategies through market intelligence.
Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing across the organization.

Your profile

University degree or equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in contingent workforce procurement, staffing supplier management, or within an MSP/VMS environment.
In-depth knowledge of UK and European staffing markets, commercial models, and compliance frameworks (e.g., co-employment, IR35, mark-up structures).
Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY.
Proven ability to lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
