Job Title: Conference Producer
Location: Victoria, London. Hybrid (three days in office)

The Role:
The Conference Producer is at the heart of what we do. You will identify topics through in-depth market research, write and produce a commercially viable conference agenda that offers excellent relationship building, knowledge transfer and BD opportunities for delegates, sponsors and speakers. Becoming a Subject Matter Expert, project managing, and fostering strong relationships is key.
Responsibilities:
- Deep research, keeping ahead of trends and gaining insights by staying in contact with the community
- Strategy and project management
- Copywriting and producing conference agendas
- Speaker acquisition
- Delivering marketing strategies, formulating marketing copy, forging media partnerships
- Working closely with and briefing the sales teams
- Working closely with clients- speakers, sponsors and delegates, to ensure the smooth running of events from product development to onsite delivery
- Ensuring conferences run to schedule, within budget
- Public speaking- opening the conference and addressing a large audience
Requirements:
- Commercial acumen
- Confidence and ability to customer-face, on the phone and in-person
- Can assimilate complex information quickly
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proven verbal and written communication skills with a passion or flair for copywriting
- The ability to sell an original idea to senior management
- Strong time management and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Entrepreneurial and creative inclination
- Able to react and respond quickly to market needs / internal factors
