Surveyor

We have a position available for a surveyor to join our Commercial Team based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.

What you’ll be doing:

You will manage the cost management of Company developments, ensuring the Company achieves value for money and provide regular updates on the commercial and financial performance of each site.

Skills & knowledge you’ll bring:

• General construction or surveying degree
• Approximately 3 years+ relevant work experience
• Excellent IT skills (good working knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets)
• Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of financial administration
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
