The team is at capacity, and they need fresh talent to help speed up output on day-to-day content and lighter motion work. This isn't about seniority it's about skill, attitude, and potential.

If you're early in your Motion Graphics and Video Editing career, hungry to learn, and have a portfolio that shows what you're capable of (even if it's self-initiated work), this could be perfect.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Editing and assembling short-form video content
  • Creating simple animations, social assets, GIFs, and motion graphics
  • Supporting senior motion designers on overflow tasks
  • Adapting existing assets for different formats and platforms
  • Working from brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency
  • Managing timelines and delivering assets on schedule
  • Exporting, encoding, and prepping files for delivery
  • Contributing creative ideas during team discussions

  • Solid Premiere Pro ability
  • Basic to intermediate After Effects
  • Understanding of motion principles and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work with templates and adapt pre-built assets
  • Good eye for pacing, typography, colour, and layout
  • Portfolio showing motion experiments, edits, or personal projects

Nice to have:

  • Illustrator and Photoshop skills
  • Sound design or basic SFX experience
  • Interest in developing 2D animation or light 3D skills

Who This Suits

  • Some commercial Videography experience (as well as strong self-initiated work)
  • Passionate and proactive with genuine enthusiasm for motion design
  • Good communicator who's comfortable taking direction
  • Someone who wants to learn from experienced creatives
  • Happy working across varied tasks from edits to asset prep

What They Don't Need

  • Complex 3D or high-end VFX specialists
  • Someone who requires heavy outsourcing support

The Details

  • Start: January 2026 (TBC)
  • Pattern: Either full weeks or ad hoc days (flexibility based on project needs)
  • Rate: £150- £170 per day
  • Location: Hybrid London
