Forge is a fast-growing small group personal training facility, designed to give members great workouts and support during their fitness journey all at an affordable price.

Forge is based in Chichester and is a sub brand of Optimus Gyms, this ensures further value for money as Forge members not only benefit from Forge, but they have access to a fully equipped gym. As this has been a great success, we are looking to add a PT to the team to help this area of the business grow further!

We are seeking a highly motivated personal trainer to join the team; this is a part time role and would suit someone who is looking to add a guaranteed income to their existing Personal training workout.

Responsibilities

• Conduct small group personal training sessions – this will be a max of 4 people per session with varying fitness levels.
• Programme delivery – The successful candidate will need to follow a programme designed by the head coach.
• Gym Maintenance – Ensure the gym is clean and tidy as well as the equipment has been maintained.
• Client Engagement – Build strong relationships with members to help them remain motivated and committed to their fitness journey.
• Sales and retention – Help Forge to continue to grow its presence in the community as well as delivering world class service to ensure we retain our members.

The successful candidate must be :-

• Reliable – It is critical you are reliable to ensure that members receive the sessions they deserve.
• Enthusiastic – The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, have a passion for fitness and bring a high level of energy. This will ensure our members leave feeling tired but excited for their next session.
• Committed – We are a team pulling in the same direction, we want the successful candidate to commit to delivering an exceptional experience for our members.
• Punctual – Forge has a clear timetable, and it is important sessions start and finish on time.
