Miryco Consultants is working with a leading pensions specialist/investment manager to add a Learning and Development Coordinator to the team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality learning experiences across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly into L&D Manager
- Support the evolution of L&D through coaching and support
- Contributing to team strategy
- Ownership of learning solutions
- Central coordinator for professional qualification process
Experience:
- Proven experience of delivery, preferably in professional services environment
- Excellent educational background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
