Technical Development Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Hampshire / Hybrid | Full-Time | Up to £90k + benefits

Are you a hands-on Business Central expert with a passion for leading high-performing development teams?

We’re hiring a Technical Development Manager to lead a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team. This is a hybrid leadership role that blends technical depth with project delivery oversight, client engagement, and team management.

You’ll play a key role in driving complex Business Central solutions to success — from architecture and integration to execution and team growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing Business Central development team

• Contributing to hands-on development, solution architecture, and technical guidance

• Managing project delivery across multiple workstreams

• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to align solutions with business needs

• Driving DevOps, CI/CD, and Azure-aligned best practices

• Overseeing documentation, budget management, and KPIs

What we’re looking for:

• Strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Expert in AL language, customisations, and API integrations

• Experience managing development teams and software delivery projects

• Solid grasp of Azure, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software practices

• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and client-facing skills

• Ability to drive efficiency, performance, and innovation
