We’re partnering with a fast-growing, well-established B2B SaaS business to hire a Commercial Partnerships Lead to drive a new phase of growth through revenue-focused partnerships.

This is a hands-on, commercially led role where success is measured by leads, pipeline, and revenue, not passive partner management. You’ll own and execute a partnership strategy that directly fuels new business, working closely with Sales and Marketing to convert partnerships into measurable outcomes.

The role:

• Build and execute a commercial-first partnerships strategy
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners (agencies, platforms, consultants)
• Generate qualified leads and new revenue directly through partner initiatives
• Launch joint marketing activity (webinars, campaigns, content) with partners
• Own partner performance, tracking lead volume, conversion, and ROI
• Negotiate and agree commercial partnership terms
• Build long-term, value-driven partner relationships

What they’re looking for:

• Experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or channel marketing within B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of generating leads and revenue via partnerships
• Strong commercial and data-driven mindset
• Confident negotiator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, outcome-led role
