Midweight Creative Designer (Maternity Cover)

Central London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Fixed-term | £50,000–£55,000

A highly regarded investment firm in Central London is hiring a Midweight Creative Designer on a maternity cover basis to support its in-house creative team. The role sits within a small, friendly and highly collaborative team delivering high-quality visual communications across the business.

The Midweight Creative Designer will work across presentations, reports, marketing materials and digital assets, helping to bring clarity, consistency and creativity to complex content.

The Role

The Midweight Creative Designer will:

• Design and update PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks
• Support the development and maintenance of branded templates
• Design marketing materials, reports and internal communications
• Work across Adobe Creative Cloud to deliver print and digital assets
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and stakeholders across the business

PowerPoint is a core part of the role, alongside hands-on design work in Adobe.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience working in a corporate, agency or professional services environment
• High attention to detail with a good eye for layout and typography
• Comfortable taking feedback and working to deadlines
• A positive, team-focused approach with a desire to learn and develop
