UK-Based VAR | Hybrid | £75,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Double OTE
We’re partnering with a well-established and growing UK-based Value-Added Reseller (VAR) as they continue to invest in and expand their Software Sales function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultative sales professional who enjoys selling software-led solutions, understands the wider technology ecosystem, and wants to be part of a business with strong momentum, credibility, and long-term ambition.
The Opportunity
As a Software Solutions Sales Specialist, you’ll focus on driving new business and expanding existing accounts across a broad software portfolio. You’ll work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design solutions that genuinely solve customer problems — not just shift licences.
This role suits someone comfortable selling software, managed services, and/or professional services, and who thrives in complex, value-led sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition and grow existing customer relationships
- Sell a range of software solutions, with the ability to position managed services and professional services alongside
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers with a consultative approach
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to build compelling, tailored solutions
- Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and forecast
- Represent the business professionally with customers, vendors, and partners
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling software solutions within a VAR, MSP, or technology services environment
- Comfortable positioning software, managed services, and professional services as part of a wider solution
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage at multiple levels
- Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Experience managing medium to complex sales cycles
- Confident working collaboratively with technical and delivery teams

- Base salary up to £75,000
