Producer / Edit Producer — Creator-led Media Brand

A fast-moving, creator-led media brand is hiring a Producer / Edit Producer to shape high-performing short-form content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

The focus is pace, energy and storytelling to create scroll-stopping videos that hook viewers instantly and keep them watching.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience producing/edit-producing short-form social content that has performed well on IG/TikTok.
• Strong storytelling instincts able to build narrative, tension and humour in under 60 seconds.
• Confident working with fast cuts, strong hooks, captions, pacing and rhythm.
• Experience shaping content from rushes and transcripts (especially for Edit Producer level).
• A genuine understanding of creator-led content, trends and social platform behaviour.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing short-form video content optimised for Instagram, TikTok and Shorts.
• Creating fast, engaging, personality-led edits with clear narrative structure.
• Shaping ideas, building edit plans, reviewing cuts and guiding creative direction.
• Analysing performance and applying learnings to future content.

Important

This is not one for experience in slow, long-form or traditional broadcast edits.
