Benefits Advisor – Prestigious Financial Services Firm

The Role

  • Manage UK benefits processes for new joiners, leavers, and employee changes
  • Take ownership of core benefits such as Gym Memberships, Cycle to Work, and Medical Screenings
  • Support annual renewals and administer UK & international benefits programs
  • Respond to employee queries and ensure accurate payroll data
  • Maintain up-to-date benefits and wellbeing content on internal platforms
  • Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and drive continuous improvement
