Alliance is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire and you will be required to be onsite 2 days a week


We’re looking for a Process Improvement Associate o join our in-house Legal team — a brilliant opportunity for a curious, organised graduate who enjoys improving processes, working with systems, and supporting projects that make a real business impact.

This role is not about being a lawyer — it’s about how legal services are delivered efficiently, digitally and globally.


What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in helping our Legal team work smarter, faster and more effectively by:

Project & Operations Support

  • Supporting legal technology projects from set-up to delivery
  • Helping roll out and improve tools and systems used across the Legal team
  • Preparing simple reports, progress updates and tracking improvements
  • Learning how to map processes, support automation and measure efficiency

Technology & Systems

  • Supporting contract workflows and ensuring documents are correctly managed in HighQ
  • Helping maintain and organise the Legal SharePoint site
  • Researching new tools and technologies (including AI) to support legal operations

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Working closely with colleagues across the business
  • Helping users with basic queries on legal tools and processes
  • Contributing ideas to improve how the team works day-to-day


What we are looking for

You’re a business, IT or related graduate who:

  • Loves systems, processes and making things more efficient
  • Is curious about project management, AI tools, data and dashboards
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint)
  • Is organised, analytical and detail-driven
  • Enjoys problem-solving and learning new tools
  • Can juggle tasks, meet deadlines and communicate clearly


No law degree required. Curiosity and capability matter more than legal knowledge.
