To support our continued growth, Boccard are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to work at Hinkley Point C. This role will be responsible for a small team of reports who support and work flexibly across our operations within the manufacturing team including engineering, stores, goods in/out and raw material preparation department.


The candidate must have proven experience in a similar role, be a strong motivational leader with a focused high standard of H&S and Quality within time sensitive safety critical work environments.

Forward thinking and a problem solver, dynamic in their approach to their work, and the ability to work flexible hours when needed to meet production demands


Key responsibilities


  • Supervision of goods out / logistics function inclusive of following the intermediate packaging procedure, labour management and BocTrack planning in-line with project demands.
  • Work closely with other Production Team Leads, managers and employees, welders and fabricators, Quality colleagues
  • Be the team leader of the business ERP system ‘Boctrack’ to manage the daily / weekly / monthly workflow and plans.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Experience in similar role, ideally in nuclear, oil & gas, or equivalent industry sectors, working with steels
  • CCSNG Safety Passport or similar safety accreditation
  • Safety focussed
  • A strong IT competency including Microsoft office and excel, to work with our Boctrack digital system
  • Accurate and pays attention to detail
  • Experience in packing and despatch of products
  • Great team working, problem solving and positive can-do attitude


Compensation and Remuneration

  • Pay rates determined by HPC Supervisory Sector Agreement , 2025 rate £32.27037.52 per hour depending on previous knowledge, skills and experience
