Trading Operations - Crypto - FinTech - Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global cryptocurrency trading firm based in London.

The chosen hire will provide day-to-day operational support across the full OTC post-trade settlement cycle, including reconciliations, break resolution, and timely resolution of client queries in collaboration with internal teams and the front office. It also supports treasury activities through inventory management for OTC and exchange trading, monitoring FX and other risk exposures, and active balance sheet management.

Applicants should have a strong operations background and hands-on experience with digital assets, ideally from a crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or trading firm. Candidates with a mix of TradFi and DeFi will be at a big advantage

Given the firm's technical focus, those applying must have some degree of coding skills in either SQL or Python to enhance process efficiency and automation.
