As the company’s primary NetSuite Administrator, you’ll take true ownership of the platform and play a key role in connecting financial operations with scalable, well-designed systems. This is an opportunity to directly influence how a global business runs its finance and accounting functions.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to expert for users who need support with core financial systems—including ERP, AP, expenses, and month-end tools—offering guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Maintain system integrity and security by managing user access, permissions, workflows, and configurations that keep the environment optimized and compliant.
• Support new-hire onboarding by helping team members quickly get comfortable with the financial systems they’ll rely on in their roles.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation, and deliver effective training sessions that empower users to work confidently and independently.
• Keep internal knowledge resources up to date with clear answers to recurring questions, known issues, and process guidance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flows between integrated systems, resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.
• Build and optimize reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations that enhance visibility, improve accuracy, and drive efficiency across teams.
• Contribute to major system initiatives, including upgrades, new feature rollouts, process improvements, and integrations that support the company’s continued growth.
