Job Responsibilities

This role will act as a stand-alone position helping law firms leverage new legal & AI technology to transform their practice and shape their future offerings.
You will guide on Legal AI tools, lead pilots, Implementation & Adoption of new technology, be a translator within the firm for cross-functional collaboration and support development of AI-native clients.
Master prompt engineering techniques for legal AI platforms to optimise accuracy and efficiency
Design and test AI-powered legal workflows, including chain-of-thought reasoning and multi-step processes
Lead pilot programmes for AI tool adoption, from initial scoping through full deployment
Manage onboarding and training sessions for legal teams, ensuring smooth technology adoption
Act as the translator between technical teams and legal professionals, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations
Partner with our Risk & Compliance team to ensure AI implementations meet regulatory and ethical standards
Work with our Finance teams to assess ROI and build business cases for AI adoption
Support the launch of AI-native law firms, helping design technology-first operating models
Advise on optimal AI tool selection for new firm launches

Skills Required

At least 1 year in an Innovation/AI managerial role, with 5 years+ innovation experience.
Understanding of legal workflows, matter management, and the practical challenges lawyers face.
Conceptual understanding of APIs and systems integrations in the context of legal workflows
Experience with workflow automation concepts and process optimisation
Familiarity with legal tech platforms (document management systems, practice management software, etc.)

This role offers hybrid/flexible working - no set requirement.
