Job description
Are you passionate about optimizing enterprise systems and ensuring seamless business operations? We are looking for an experienced ERP System Administrator with strong expertise in IFS to join a dynamic organization that is scaling globally.
This role is critical to maintaining and improving the performance of our ERP environment, supporting end-users, and driving system enhancements that align with business objectives and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the go-to expert for the IFS ERP system, managing configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain system security and ensure proper access controls for all users.
- Develop user guides, best practice documentation, and deliver training to staff.
- Monitor system performance and proactively implement improvements to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Lead testing and deployment of new modules and software updates.
- Support disaster recovery planning and participate in after-hours support when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in ERP administration, with hands-on experience with IFS specifically
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GxP or similar standards is a plus.
