SAP Finance Systems Support Analyst

3-Month Contract – Inside IR35 – up to £270 per day

London based – hybrid working – 2/3 days office based

Overview

To provide first line support for users using the SAP S4HANA Public Cloud Finance System & SAP Analytics Cloud. To provide occasional cover and support for team member around SAP Supplier Lifecycle Portal & ARIBA.

The key priority areas and project support expectations are as follows:

The Finance Systems Support Analyst, will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's finance systems. This role involves providing first line support for users across Finance, Procurement & Operations. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing system enhancements, providing user training, and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.

A background in Finance (ideally) and experience in first line support for SAP S4HANA & SAC users.

Key Responsibilities

System Support & Maintenance

• First line support and resolution of user tickets for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, General Ledger, Banking, User access
• Daily system checks
• Master data management – cost centers, projects, GL accounts, hierarchies
• Supporting the Accounts Payable team with payment runs
• Supporting the Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Business Partnering & Capital Accountants
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements
• Test & implement approved system changes and upgrades
• Test and validate system enhancements before deployment.
• User training and documentation
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides.
