Consumer Analytics SME

Job description

We are seeking a Consumer Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep understanding of CPG consumer analytics and proven experience in global environments. This role requires a hands-on leader who can bridge business strategy with data-driven solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable impact through analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate commercial and marketing strategies into actionable analytics.
• Lead and mentor Data & Analytics teams, ensuring adoption and delivery across global programs.
• Manage product lifecycles and cross-functional initiatives, driving scalable consumer analytics solutions.
• Build and oversee KPI frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting models to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data modeling, integration, and governance.
• Deliver insights that shape CPG strategies, consumer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Profile Requirements

• Strong business-facing experience in Data & Analytics, ideally in global environments.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau), SQL, and data modeling (Python or R).
• Hands-on expertise in consumer analytics and day-to-day delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, insight-driven solutions without requiring deep technical execution.
• 8–10 years of total experience in Data & Analytics, with 5+ years managing teams.
• Fully proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
