Location: Field-based B2B (England (excluding the North-East and Cumbria) and Wales)

Base Salary: £33,000 + seasonal bonuses (£39,000 OTE)

About us:

With a proud history of excellence and a loyal customer base, we’re now looking for an experienced and driven B2B Regional Sales Representative to help us maintain and grow our footprint across England and Wales.


The Role:

You’ll be on the road, meeting customers, building relationships, and representing our well-loved brand. This is a hands-on, proactive role that involves both nurturing existing stockist relationships and consistently opening new accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing retail customers
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in your region
  • Present and promote our seasonal and core product ranges
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends
  • Attend trade shows as required
  • Work independently and manage your own diary and territory
  • Complete daily activity reports
  • Attendance at bi-annual head office sales meetings in Leicester
  • Face-to-face meetings are preferred over Zoom or telephone calls
  • Regular liaison with credit controller


About You:

  • Proven experience in independent customer-facing sales (preferably within clothing, fashion, or retail supply)
  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent time management skills, including willingness to stay overnight, if reasonable and necessary, when planning multiple customer visits at extremes of territory
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability, both with small boutique shop owners and larger corporate accounts
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling regularly across England & Wales
  • Full UK driving licence with fewer than 9 points

Seasonal Bonus Structure:

Sales invoiced for both the January-June and July-December selling seasons have adjustable bonus incentives which can be earned twice per year.
