Technology & Pricing Specialist, Networking & Security
Salary: £30,000 pa + £4K bonus annually
Location: Hybrid (Home & Regional Office – Birmingham or Manchester)

We are looking for someone curious, motivated and eager to learn to join the team as a Technology & Pricing Specialist, to provide expert quoting and support for complex orders. You’ll work closely with branches, internal teams, and customers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

What you’ll do:
- Build on your existing IT knowledge to become a Networking & Security product specialist.
- Support branches, internal teams and customers with understanding solutions.
- Help create and validate technical configurations (training provided).
- Produce accurate, customer-ready quotations and documentation.
- Assist with pre-sales queries and join customer calls as you grow in confidence.
- Support branches with best practices and general guidance.
- Act as a point of contact for vendor-specific technology and promotional pricing.
- Help manage the sales pipeline and take part in rebate opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- Existing IT knowledge (professional or strong hands-on experience).
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
