Dynamics 365 Test Lead

Location: Leeds (Remote/Hybrid options available)

Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Up to £80,000

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Managed Services Provider to recruit a Dynamics 365 Test Lead on a Fixed Term Contract basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing strategy for the re‑implementation of Dynamics 365 across both internal systems and client‑facing environments.
• Define and manage test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure quality delivery throughout the re‑implementation process.
• Manage end‑to‑end testing of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O modules, ensuring integration and functionality meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify and resolve defects during re‑implementation.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with both internal stakeholders and client expectations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Report on test progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Required experience:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead within Dynamics 365 environments.
• Demonstrable expertise in end‑to‑end testing of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O modules.
• Strong knowledge of CRM modules, Power Platform, and Azure integration.
• Excellent understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
• ISTQB certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Must be eligible to work in the UK.
