At CCO, we’re a niche, specialist Business Coaching company with an impressive client portfolio. We’re dedicated to developing leaders and building high-performing teams, creating measurable impact across businesses. Based in Northern Ireland, we work extensively in NI, ROI and occasionally in GB.

We’re looking for energetic individuals with a track record. Candidates should be:

✔ Exceptional with People

✔ Already holding a Management position, with team management experience

✔ Passionate about leadership and business growth

✔ Credible, competent, and ready to learn, with a willingness for domestic travel and occasional travel beyond this

✔ Specialist in at least one business area such as operations, finance, lean manufacturing, managing change, sales, procurement, marketing, supply chain and/or quality

✔ Excited to make a real impact

✔ Interested in Human Behaviour and how behaviour impacts performance.

✔ Option to work a 4-day week

No formal coaching qualifications? No problem! Extensive training will be provided to help you excel in this role.
