About the Role:
Job Title - Project Management with IAM expertise
Location – Sheffield, UK
Mode of Work – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite in Week)
Type of Hiring – Fixed Term Employment (FTE)
Project Duration – 06 Months (Possible Extension)

Mandatory Skills : Project Planning, Project Governance
Essential:
- Strong project management skills
- Good technical understanding of DevOps Jenkins CICD Pipelines Cloud and on-premises infrastructure platforms
- Previous hands-on experience of delivering IAM projects
- Good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills involving senior stakeholders
- Positive proactive team player working as part of a large program global team
- Good understanding of regulatory and audit requirement
- An inquisitive nature with a rapid aptitude for learning
Desired:
- A PM qualification Prince 2 PMP
- Proven track record of working with technical Cybersecurity and operations teams
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Lead for a complex program or in a large organization
- Experience working with JIRA and workflow management tools and agile project management approaches
Job Description:
- Manage one of the IAM Workstreams supporting the adoption of IAM across Global Business and Global Functions
- Work with the team using standard PM reporting practices ensuring JIRA Confluence is kept up to date
- Support team in understanding and unblocking problems preventing progress
- Work with team to identify areas for continuous improvement across the program
- Lead assigned internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver on the agreed scope
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to agree priorities
- Proactively follow up with project resources and ensuring workstream delivers to the agreed schedule
- Highlight any concerns with progress to the program manager to ensure delivery stays on track
- Effectively handing changes to plan resourcing and new requirements
- Provide weekly reporting of status risks and issues across the workstream
