Salesforce CPQ Lead – London

Are you a Salesforce CPQ expert who loves turning complex pricing challenges into smooth, scalable solutions? I’m recruiting on behalf of my client — a leading Salesforce Partner — who are looking for a CPQ Lead to take ownership of their implementation and lead a team of onsite and offshore Developers.

In this role, you’ll manage delivery, shape how CPQ is used across the business, and work closely with key stakeholders in London. You won’t just “keep the lights on” — you’ll drive transformation, ensure efficiency, and enhance how products and pricing are managed.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven background leading Salesforce CPQ projects, either with a Partner or end user.
• Strong functional understanding of CPQ configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes.
• Confident working closely with teams in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on, proactive mindset.

This is perfect for someone between a Developer and Architect — a true functional leader who knows how to get things done.
